We want you to be fully informed about the costs of treatment at PuntP. Read the information below carefully so that you're not met with any surprises.
Reimbursement by your health insurance
Your treatment will only be reimbursed by your health insurance if you have a referral from an official referrer, like your GP. Treatment at PuntP is reimbursed by all health insurance providers in the Netherlands. Do you want to check reimbursement with your health insurance provider? PuntP is registered with your health insurance under the name Arkin (PuntP is part of Arkin). Your insurance may ask for Arkin's AGB code. This code is 06290732.

Deductible
Adults over the age of 18 have a mandatory deductible with their health insurance. A legally required deductible applies. The government decides how high this deductible is each year. The deductible in 2026 ise 385 euros. You pay the deductible to your health insurer annually for all the care you need for that year. You may have agreed on a higher deductible with your health insurance. Alternatively you may have taken out health insurance that does not (fully) covere the costs of some care providers. Check this with your health insurance.
