Quality of Care

Quality of care is constant point of attention for us. PuntP is constantly and systematically working to improve care. We do this by asking client experiences, measuring the results of our treatments and conducting scientific research, among other things. We work according to national standards and guidelines.

CQI 

Treatment satisfaction

The opinions and wishes of our clients are very important to us. We use various questionnaires to try to and find out their experience with PuntP. At the end of the treatment, all clients are sent an important questionnaire. We call this the Consumer Quality Index (CQi). We use this questionnaire to measure the client experience. This is how we find out how we can make our care even better. PuntP scored an average grade of 8.5 on the CQi in 2025.

Mirror discussions

We also hold mirror discussions to find out how clients experience our care. These are discussions in which the treatment team listens in when clients and loved ones share their experiences about the treatment. Mirror discussions are supervised by independent discussion leaders. We seek to improve our care using the results of these discussions.

HKZ quality mark

PuntP is HKZ certified. The HKZ quality mark (Harmonization Quality Assessment in the Healthcare Sector) is independent and reliable. It means that an organization has its internal affairs in order, puts clients first and can present reliable results. The quality mark also means that an organization meets the requirements set by the sector itself, by financers, clients and the government.

Regular goal measurements

We would like to know what your goals are and whether our treatment helps. We look into this at various points throughouy the treatment process using questionnaires: the ROM (Routine Outcome Measurement). Together with your practitioner, the course of the treatment is regularly evaluated and the results of these questionnaires are also used.

Quality statute

A quality statute contributes to ensuring that the right help  is provided by the right healthcare professionals in the right place. The quality statute of PuntP, part of Arkin, was drawn up on based on national guidelines from the National Health Care Institute. You can view Arkin's quality statute here.
