Exchange of client data
Exchange of information: for targeted help
You are being treated at one or more of Arkin's departments*. Arkin employs practitioners who work in accordance with protocols and are specialists in psychiatry and addiction care.
From the moment you make an appointment at PuntP, you are registered with us as a client. A personal file is then created. Information from the file is not sent to other institutions or persons without your permission. Your medical data is stored in an electronic medical file. This is done in a way, that meets legal requirements in terms of file formation and confidentiality (according to the Medical Treatment Agreement Act).
At Arkin, we believe it is important to treat you as efficiently and effectively as possible. Your recovery comes first for us. This is why our practitioners put great importance on confidential cooperation and consultation with practitioners in other parts of Arkin, if necessary. They do this so they can help you even better and in a more targeted way and so they can offer as much bespoke care as possible. Sometimes it may be desirable for your practitioner to share medical information from your file with one of their colleagues. Again: only if it is necessary and only if it contributes to a suitable solution for you. This will always be discussed with you because we also want to foster a transparent way of working. Do you have any questions? Feel free to ask your practitioner.
