Make an appointment
You need a referral letter from your GP or a healthcare professional from another mental health institution if you want to be treated at PuntP. You can ask your GP to send this to us.
If you have a referral letter already, we ask you to e-mail it to us via aanmelden@arkin.nl or send it to Centrale Aanmelding Arkin, Postbus 75848, 1070 AV Amsterdam.
Your referral letter will be received by the Centrale Aanmelding Arkin (CAA) department. Please note: a CAA employee will contact you by e-mail or telephone for additional questions and to schedule the intake, the first interview. The CAA will look at whether a referral to another department within or outside PuntP is more appropriate.

The registration waiting period is: 20 weeks
The registration waiting time is the average time you have to wait from the moment you register with us until you can come for an intake interview.
The treatment waiting time is: 7 weeks
The treatment waiting time is the average time between the intake and the treatment itself.
