Digital care environment Minddistrict
At PuntP we use Minddistrict as a digital healthcare environment. It works via a computer, tablet or via an app on your mobile phone. If you are a client of PuntP, you will automatically receive an invitation to Minddistrict.

Create an account
To access Minddistrict, you need an account. This is only yours, no one else can access it. Here you will find step-by-step plans for:
Warm welcome
Once your Minddistrict account is created, you will receive a module called 'A Warm Welcome to Arkin'. PuntP is part of Arkin. Here you will find information about Arkin, your referral and waiting times. It also contains tools to get started with your recovery yourself. You can also start a module from the self-help catalog.
As soon as you come into treatment at PuntP you will receive a Warm Welcome again, but this time from PuntP itself. In addition, your treatment may be supported with digital modules or questionnaires. These can also be found in Minddistrict.
Data is strictly personal
It is important that you know that the medical data contained in Minddistrict is strictly personal. You never have to show it to others without your own permission. However, it can be nice to discuss this information with a loved one, such as a partner or family member. This way this person is well aware of your health situation and can think along with you.
Because you can see sensitive data in Minddistrict, we recommend that you always log out and close your screen when you are done viewing your data. Especially if you have logged in on a (public) computer that is not yours.
