Your family member, friend or partner is following treatment at PuntP for an anxiety or mood disorder. This affects not only the person himself, but also the immediate environment. It is not always easy and can exhaust you considerably. You may have questions or maybe you feel insecure about how to deal with your loved one. Fortunately, you are not alone!

Meeting 'My loved one has an anxiety or mood disorder'

PuntP offers meetings for loved ones with information about anxiety and mood disorders, their treatment at PuntP, and about what you can do to support your loved one in recovery. It also discusses the need you may have for, for example, concrete tips and tools, how you can continue to take good care of yourself, about setting boundaries, communication, social and practical support or contact with fellow sufferers.

We provide general information and do not go into individual treatments.

The following topics will be discussed in the meeting:

  • Information about anxiety and mood disorders
  • What does the treatment look like?
  • Tools on how to help your loved one
  • Tips for communication
  • Taking care of yourself
  • Room for questions and exchange of experiences
  • More offer for loved ones through Arkin Prevention
