Refer a client

You can refer a client via:

• Digital: Zorgdomein or Zorgmail.
• By phone: 020-5905555.

A referral letter is always required for registration. The easiest way to register is via Zorgdomein.

If you do not have Zorgdomein, you can download a referral letter here. The idea is that you:

• First save the referral letter and fill it in digitally in Word.
• Fill in all required fields in the referral letter. In the form you will find several mandatory fields that you must fill in in order to process the referral as quickly as possible.
• Then print out the referral letter and add your stamp and signature.
• Send the referral letter safely. You can safely email referral letters via ZorgMail. We can be found there under the e-mail address arkincaa@ringamsterdam.nl..
• If you do not have access to ZorgMail, you can email the referral letter to aanmelden@arkin.nl. For the privacy of the client, we would like to point out the risks of using unsecured e-mail environments.

After registration, we will contact your client to make an appointment. Depending on the waiting time, this can take a while.

For a quick processing of the referral, we ask you to arrange the referral digitally via ZorgDomein. Within ZorgDomein you will find information about the current access time (the waiting time for intake + the waiting time for treatment), treatment options and locations. From the General Practitioner Information System (HIS), the relevant information is automatically placed in the referral letter in ZorgDomein and sent digitally. You can also send attachments.

There are no costs associated with the use of ZorgDomein, except for any necessary updates from the HIS or ASP supplier. You can register via www.zorgdomein.nl.

You can contact the Centrale Aanmelding Arkin (CAA) every working day for registration, collegial consultation and other questions. The team consists of experienced practitioners and administrative staff who ensure that applications are assessed and processed in terms of content. They arrange for clients to receive an appointment for an intake as soon as possible and in the right place.
