If you are being treated at PuntP (or at another Arkin specialism), you can view important documents from your healthcare file. Free Digital Care Helpdesk
Do you need help with digital care? Then you can contact the free Digital Care Helpdesk. You can ask all your questions about digital contact with your practitioner and digital care. For example, questions about video calling or questions about the digital environment Karify. Other questions, for example about the treatment itself or about medication, can be asked to your practitioner.
You can reach the Digital Care Helpdesk from Monday to Friday from 08:00 – 18:00 via telephone number 085 – 130 4575 or send an e-mail to info@helpdeskdigitalezorg.nl.
Requesting medication data
For your treatment, it is important that your practitioner knows which medicines you are taking. We therefore work together with pharmacists and other healthcare providers who prescribe medicines. We do this through the National Exchange Point, a sort of check point between Arkin, all pharmacies and other healthcare providers in the Netherlands. This is how we ensure that the medicines you use work together and are safe. More information about this can be found on the Arkin website.
