During office hours: Are you in a crisis situation or is there someone close to you who is in danger of getting into a crisis and do you want to help? Please contact PuntP directly on 020-5905600. Your own practitioner, or a colleague, is then called in.

Outside office hours: It is recommended to wait until your own treating department can be reached. Can't wait until the next working day? Then you can contact the Emergency Psychiatry Amsterdam: 020 – 523 54 33

Are you not yet in treatment?

Then contact your GP.
If you cannot reach them, you can also contact the GP post on 088-00 30 600, the emergency room of a general hospital or, if necessary, the police.
