General terms and conditions of delivery for mental health care
If you receive care from a health institution, you make agreements with this institution about the care and, if necessary, stay in the institution. These agreements include the 'general terms and conditions for mental health care (ggz)'. These are the small print with the agreements you have made about the treatment or guidance and possible stay at PuntP.
The 'general terms and conditions of delivery for mental health care' do not state what care you need, but it does state what PuntP and you must adhere to. In addition to the conditions, of course, what is regulated by law applies.

Fine print explained
The general terms and conditions of delivery have been drawn up by GGZ Nederland, LPGGZ (National Platform GGz), NPCF (Dutch Patient Consumer Federation) and Consumers' Association. All healthcare institutions that are members of GGZ Nederland adhere to these conditions. Especially for PuntP, there is a public version that briefly explains what the conditions regulate.
