Exchange of client data

Exchange of information: for targeted help

You are being treated at one or more departments of Arkin*. Arkin employs practitioners who work in accordance with protocols and are specialists in the field of psychiatry and addiction care.

From the moment you have made an appointment at PuntP, you are registered with us as a client. A personal file is then created. Information from the file does not go to other institutions or persons without your permission. Your medical data is stored in an electronic medical file. This is done in a careful way, that meets legal requirements in the field of file formation and confidentiality (according to the Medical Treatment Agreement Act).

At Arkin, we believe it is important to treat you as efficiently and effectively as possible. Your recovery comes first for us. That is why our practitioners value great importance to collegial cooperation and to consultation with fellow practitioners in other parts of Arkin, if necessary. They do this to be able to help you even better and in a more targeted way and to offer as much tailor-made care as possible. Sometimes it is desirable for your practitioner to share medical information from your file with their colleague. Again: only if it is necessary and only if it contributes to a suitable solution for you. Of course, this will always be discussed with you because we also want to stand for a transparent way of working. Do you have any questions? Feel free to ask your practitioner.
