Where can I go for complaints about the bill?

For complaints about the bill, you can contact a complaints invoicing employee. This can be done by emailing to: klachtenfacturatie@arkin.nl.

I have a question about the deductible

When a health insurer charges the deductible as a result of the care provided by Arkin, this may raise questions for you. We have put the most common questions and answers about the account in an overview.
