At what location do the treatments take place?
The intake interview at PuntP is always at the Roetersstraat location. After the intake you will be placed on the waiting list. Click here for the current waiting times of PuntP. As soon as there is room, we will schedule you with a practitioner. This can be on the Roetersstraat or at our location Klaprozenweg in Amsterdam-Noord. We determine this on the basis of the available places. Both locations offer the same treatment and the same quality of care. You may indicate a preference for a location, but we cannot guarantee that you will be placed at this location.
What do you need to know about your health insurance and deductible?
PuntP is a part of Arkin. Arkin's care is reimbursed from the basic package of your health insurance. The deductible will be charged to you. Usually the costs of the intake interview exceed your deductible. You can ask your health insurer any questions about this. Arkin is known to all health insurers under AGB code 06290732.

What does smoke-free care at PuntP look like?
Our locations are non-smoking. Smoking is no longer allowed in and around our locations. We do not oblige our clients to stop smoking at home. If you want to quit smoking completely, you can get extra guidance. During the intake, we will look at the possibilities together with you.
